This cheeky port was made with some of our pinot noir grapes left to ripen just a wee bit longer. Foot-stomped and fermented slowly achieving the pretty pink colour before extracting the juice and adding the spirit at around 10 brix allowing us to retain its delicious wine aroma, flavour and colour. The perfect accompaniment to a late-night cheese board – port but not like you’ve not had it before.
