Our first sparkling Cuvee (French for blend) – we had fun finding what we think is the perfect blend of our crisp Sauvignon Blanc with our smooth skin-fermented Pinot Gris. A lovely pale yellow with a fresh nose and a mouth that’s full of vibrancy with a lingering creaminess – think lemon brioche.

 

Pairs With –  This will sound crazy but salty popcorn or good potato chips – so snack foods and richer style cheeses – I mean bubbles goes with anything really 😉
