Folk in the Vines 2025

We’re super excited – Folk in the Vines is back for it’s fifth year!

Join us for an afternoon of music and wine. We invite you to bring your own picnic food, pre-order one of Le Grá’s delish platters (pictured below) with your ticket or decide on the day. Our caravan bar will be set up for all beverage needs – Le Grá wines, cocktails, a selection of beers, ciders and non-alcoholic sodas.  No BYO drinks please.

And for the music!

Kyan – a local lad who is making his place in the music world. He and his band took out the ‘next in line’ annual music event in Otepoti. He’ll be playing as a solo act for us with some of his original music and covers.

Another local and one of our absolute favourites, Michael Krishnan Jones, will keep toes a-tapping with his acoustic guitar and legendary voice. From his Johnny Cash impression known throughout the land, expect folky covers from the 60’s through to present day, Scott Mckenzie through to George Ezra. We love Mike!

And to take us home – The Noodles.  Based in Wellington and the Wairarapa, and entertaining us for the last 20 years, the Noodles are one of the most selected covers bands,  so get ready to Party with The Noodles!  They promise to serve up a high-energy blend of Rock, Pop, and Party anthems, guaranteed to get you moving and singing along. With their infectious energy , tight musicianship and catchy hooks, The Noodles are a perfect recipe for our afternoon of fun in the sun.
