Help us celebrate our 5th birthday with a wondrous Wairarapa night to be savoured!

Chef Sam of BeSpoke plates in Western Australia will be plating up some magic to complement the wines we have chosen. He has carefully curated a nine course food and wine experience using local ingredients to create culinary masterpieces paired with wines from the Wairarapa region. Chef has 23 years experience honing his skills in NZ at restaurants; Astrolabe and Two Small Fish in the Mount followed by a stint at Rocco on Ponsonby Road (a top 10 restaurant) before heading to the Margaret River Wine region. Bespoke plate is his fine dinning catering company established in 2021. 

Wines from Le Grá, Matahiwi, Huntress and more. We’ll have the opportunity to preview wines not available anywhere else.

It promises to be delectable, adventurous, creative and fun! A night to remember.
