An excellent growing season saw us selectively thinning the fruit to produce exceptional grapes. Hand-harvested and foot-stomped with a mix of whole bunch and berries we have extracted flavours of star anise, cinnamon, dutch cocoa combined with big ripe dark fruit. Twenty four months of aging in french oak barrels has developed a smooth vanilla finish. A classic combination of fruity, dry and spicy with an elegantly smooth finish.
